“I can be quite stubborn. I’m always looking for ways to improve things.”
She originally planned to stay in the Netherlands for two years to save money for a study in her home country Poland. Things turned out differently. Dominika Bogusz learned Dutch, continued her studies here and at a young age became site manager of the Mach technology location in Rotterdam.
“I get energy from seeing people grow and from the appreciation of customers, because it makes the results of our work visible.”
