Mach technology Neede

At our location in Neede, we specialise in manufacturing industrial electronics, focusing on a typical annual requirement of between 5000 and 100,000 units. Our team of over 90 highly motivated colleagues manufactures both semi-finished products and complete end products.

State-of-art machines

We have state-of-the-art machines at our disposal, consisting of:

• 2 fully in-line SMD production lines (FUJI), with both 2D and 3D AOI machines
• through hole mount machinery, with wave soldering
• selective soldering machines (ERSA)
• conformal coating machines (DIMA)
• potting
• test equipment, including flying-probe, X-RAY, ICT testers, functional testers

In addition to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO13485 certification, all our employees are IPC-A-610 certified, meaning that we can produce according to both IPC class 2 and class 3 requirements. Within Mach Technology Group, we are a larger-than-average production site with a strong focus on efficient SMD production, and also capable of producing small prototype runs quickly and efficiently. Thanks to our comprehensive package of in-house processes, combined with engineering, we can operate as a one-stop-shop manufacturer for our customers. This means that we not only assess your design for manufacturing feasibility, we also look at the life-cycle of components and can propose solutions as needed As a result, we can guarantee manufacturability for an extensive period of time.

History

Mach technology Neede is a continuation of Batenburg Industriële Elektronica. The company started in 1987 as TPC in Goor, was acquired by the Batenburg Group in 2007 and changed its name to Batenburg Industriële Elektronica in 2015. In 2017, when a former NEDAP production site, including all the machinery, came up for sale, we seized that unique opportunity. This acquisition represented huge growth potential for our company. We have steadily expanded those capabilities and can now also manufacture high volumes in series production. By joining Mach technology, we have enhanced our offer further, through collaboration with similar independently run companies in the group. Each with its own character, but working together to offer our customer even better and smarter solutions. The motto here is: “STRONGER TOGETHER, READY FOR THE FUTURE”
