We value long-term relationships with both our customers and our suppliers.

We are therefore proud that we have been able to serve some of our customers for several decades. Entering into a new customer relationship is a careful process for CDS Electronics. We believe it is important that our vision and approach match that of our client.

History

CDS Electronics was founded in 1977 by Fokko and Marja van Duin. The first products that CDS Electronics developed concerned control systems for horticultural installations in the Westland. In 1981, CDS Electronics developed the burner control unit of Nefit's first HR central heating boiler. Over the years, several own products have been developed by CDS Electronics. Important product lines are the IMC 700 series and the IMC 2000 series. These control systems are used by machine builders. The customer base has gradually expanded.

In 1996 CDS Electronics was taken over by Jan Zagwijn. In addition to its own products, more and more specific products were developed for customers. Since the beginning of 2011, the management has been led by Willem Kok. In 2012, Head Electronics was acquired. And in 2016, Muco Technologies and Azteco Electronics were also added to the group. At the beginning of 2020, CDS moved to Rotterdam. At the beginning of 2021, Azteco merged with CDS in Rotterdam. The group is known as MACH Technology Group.
