Cooperation in building automation

Many of our customers are strong in software or hardware development and want to retain their own strength here. Nevertheless, parties with a strong internal development team also encounter more difficult issues. This is where beautiful collaborations arise. This also applies to an established party in building automation.

Product life cycle management through collaboration

For a sustainable sensor platform, our customer has made software that collects the data from the sensors and distributes it to (himself or) the end customer. This part also remains with the customer. We are responsible for the hardware, purchasing, production, and service. It is here that the strength of the cooperation of the companies of Mach technology is also expressed. 1 + 1 makes 3. In times of component scarcity, our engineers can switch quickly and select, design, and test alternative components. Changes are implemented immediately at our local production locations and production continues to run. The customer keeps time to focus on their qualities and strengthen their market position.

In addition to this, our planning office staff and service engineers offer the possibility to perform service and maintenance on-site for the customer.

Operation of this system:

  • Climate control in a building
  • Automatic lighting/heating switching
  • Monitor where people are in a building and where there is room for an employee (search for an empty desk)
  • Check whether there is sufficient / too much capacity in a building
  • Technologies used: sensor and wireless LoRa, IoT

Track record other projects

  • Locker lock: systems linked via the internet to overarching systems in schools, hospitals, and other larger locations. All kinds of services are offered to users from a shared platform using a smartphone or card. In addition to access to the lockers, this also includes access to printers, certain doors, and departments, vending machines for sweets and soft drinks, etc. MACH Technology Group supplies the hardware and embedded software
  • Low-power embedded LoRa sensors
  • In collaboration with an industrial design agency we have developed a toilet hygiene machine
  • Technologies used: Bluetooth Low Energy, Lora, ToF, Infra-Red, people counter, CO2, Dust sensor 2.5 / 10 um, eNose, Humidity, Temperature, Machine learning
